Completely varied experiences constitute “Life @ Technopak”. One is allowed to enjoy reasonable flexibility and there is always a lot to explore in term of the opportunities available.

A lot of learning happens in the process. As we are mostly a group of youngsters with the average age of employees being 27 years, the spirits are always on a high and energies, abound.

With days when there is no way out, but to put in endless hours to work (with a deliverable due), to those days when there is finally some respite from those endless hours, it’s all a part of being and learning. Learning the dynamics of the markets, the tools of consulting and learning to balance life and work.

The sense of responsibility that is entrusted in each one of us is a strong motivational factor. And being complacent with ones performance is never so easy, given the high standards. There is always motivation to improve and keep improving.

There are always people to help you, help you with queries, with problems, with personal issues. There are always people one can look up to and who support through thick and thin.

A place which in every sense helps you grow and transform, that is Technopak for me.
