| Question 1. | What is the typical profile we hire? |
| Answer 1. | We look for young, creative and motivated talent and we lay great emphasis on education qualifications and the quality of experience the person has had. Experience in the relevant sectors is essential for all candidates except freshers. We always look forward to having a good mix of people from various backgrounds both in terms of education and experience so that our knowledge pool is enhanced. |

| Question 2. | What is the career path for any person who joins us? |
| Answer 2. | Career growth is performance linked and a fast track career for excellent performers is assured. A fresh MBA /graduate of any professional course or anyone with less than approximately two years of experience would begin as an Associate Consultant. |

| Question 3. | What is the reporting structure prevalent in the organisation? |
| Answer 3. | We believe in teamwork and while for purpose of administration we have various levels in the organisation (viz. Associate Consultant, Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, Associate Director, Principal) reporting is mainly project based. An individual would have to report to the Project Manager in charge of the project he or she is working for. There could be occasions when an individual could be working for more than one project at a time. |

| Question 4. | How soon can I expect a promotion? |
| Answer 4. | The organisation has certain promotion criteria (link) for each level. However, people who show extraordinary initiative and performance may get promoted much before the timelines set for their level. Fast track growth is encouraged and acknowledged. |

| Question 5. | Would prior work experience be taken into consideration while hiring fresh MBAs? |
| Answer 5. | Prior work experience would be taken into consideration only if it is relevant to the nature of our business. |

| Question 6. | Do we hire summer trainees? |
| Answer 6. | Yes we do. We believe that this is a good way of interacting with management institutes. This provides students with an in depth insight into the kind of work we do. Projects range from market research, supply chain studies, apparel operations based projects etc. We do prefer to visit campuses for picking up summer trainees. However wherever possible, especially for institutes outside Delhi, we ask interested students to send in their resumes. Interviews are then conducted for the short listed candidates. | Question 7. | What are the kinds of projects that I can work on? |
| Answer 7. | Although individuals, especially at an associate consultant or consultant level will typically work on projects which are relevant to his or her background, there will be ample opportunity to work on areas in which he or she is not specialised. Consultants are consciously staffed on projects in a manner, which allows them not only to work with cross-functional teams but also to work on projects within the various service areas of the firm. People at a senior consultant level or above have sales targets and are also expected to cross-sell within service areas. Technopak offers not just consulting experience but experience in building brands like the Retail Summit, the Consumer Outlook, etc. with which we are often identified with. |

| Question 8. | What is the scope of travelling overseas? |
| Answer 8. | There are always opportunities to work on global assignments with clients from across the globe.

| Question 9. | What is the focus of training in the organisation? |
| Answer 9. | There is tremendous emphasis on learning and knowledge sharing within the organisation. Besides the more formal training programmes and other external and internal training programmes coordinated by the HR Department, a lot of training is imparted while working on projects and while conducting workshops for clients. We believe that by working on projects and by managing key events as a team, we successfully bring out the best leadership qualities in our people. |

| Question 10. | What are the work hours like? |
| Answer 10. | We start work early at 8: 30 a.m. This is not just an attempt to avoid rush hour traffic but also to plan our day well, before we start interacting with our clients. Work hours close at 5:30 p.m. It is a five and a half day workweek. While the company does not insist on working on weekends, it expects work to be completed during the weekdays. Since clients increasingly expect very quick delivery of our efforts, therefore utilizing a Saturday to catch up with work is not unusual. We observe 9 days in a year as holidays. This is inclusive of National Holidays. |

| Answer 11. | Each day in Technopak brings its own challenges and fun filled moments. Client interactions, project meetings, presentations, proposals, deadlines etc are part of the daily routine. In addition, celebrations of new projects, birthdays etc happen quite frequently. |

| Answer 12. | We are a young organisation. The average age of people working here is around 27 years. We work hard, travel a lot and HAVE FUN.HAVE FUN!!! |
