We take great pride in hiring and retaining the best consultants. Our recruiting process clearly illustrates our commitment to you and our firm. We want to be certain thatTechnopakis the right match for every candidate.

Our standard recruiting process is outlined below. Upon completion, we are certain that both parties have made the right decision.

The "first stage" may consist of any one of the following options:

  • Phone interview with a member of the Human Resource Department/Filling up of a standard Application Form
  • First-round interview in our office with a service team consultant or member of the Human Resource Department
  • First-round campus interview with a service team consultant

In all cases, except the phone interview, the first stage will include two hours of analytical aptitude testing designed to measure the breadth and speed of a candidate's problem-solving skills.

The "second stage' consists of a written aptitude test, group discussion and/or case studies pertaining to relevant industry sectors and level of responsibility.

The "third stage" consists of a personal interview with a senior faculty member and with the Human Resource Department team. (in case the interview didn't take place in the first stage)
