Our standard recruiting process is outlined below. Upon completion, we are certain that both parties have made the right decision.
For candidates with 5 years of experience or less -
- The First round of interview will consist of an aptitude test, case interview / technical interview & personal interview.
- The second round will consist of case interview / technical interview and personal interview with Business Head/President.
For candidates with more than 5 years of experience -
- The First round of interview will consist of case interview / technical interview and personal interview.
- The second round will consist of case interview / technical interview and interview with Business Head / President
Note: The aptitude test will take one hour and is designed to measure the breadth and speed of a candidate’s problem solving skills. back to top
