- He has commissioned various professional assignments with profusely illustrious and renowned global organisations in his professional career. He handled complete HR gamut whilst working intensively towards HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, Employee Experience, Manpower Planning and Budgeting.
- Sameer has also been instrumental in planning and implementation of HCMS/HRIS and coalesce with the ERP within the organization. He has expertise in team leadership, Organisational Development, Change Management, designing and re-engineering HR processes, Data analytics and problem solving.
