She has worked in start-ups, multi-national corporations & Indian businesses in the fields of customer experience, brand strategy, business development, performance improvement, key account management & marketing optimization.

Sunayana worked with Technopak for 2 years (2007-2008) and joined back in 2016.

At Technopak, Sunayana has been handling the company’s strategic alliances with new age technology firms, both in India & abroad. The vertical strives to provide the latest technology partnerships to its clients in the fields of Cognitive Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Chat & Voice based conversational virtual assistants, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence amongst others.

Prior to Technopak, Sunayana has worked with organisations like, Yum! Restaurants International, vCustomer India Pvt Ltd & others in Business Development & Client Servicing profiles.

Sunayana is a graduate from Jesus & Mary College, Delhi University.
